目的：探讨快速康复外科护理联合中医护理措施在经皮肾镜取石术围手术期的应用效果。方法将130例经皮肾镜取石术患者随机分为对照组G1和试验组G2，对照组采用传统的常规围术期护理方法，试验组采取快速康复外科围术期护理联合中医护理措施。结果试验组术后恢复（包括离床时间、进食时间、首次肠道排气时间、排便时间等）优于对照组（P＜0.05），并且术后近期相关并发症的发生情况低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论快速康复外科护理联合中医护理措施应用于经皮肾镜取石术，不仅有利于促进患者术后的恢复，而且明显降低了术后并发症的发生，减少了住院时间和治疗费用，增强了护患关系，提高了患者的满意度，临床应用安全、经济、有效，值得进一步推广。
목적：탐토쾌속강복외과호리연합중의호리조시재경피신경취석술위수술기적응용효과。방법장130례경피신경취석술환자수궤분위대조조G1화시험조G2，대조조채용전통적상규위술기호리방법，시험조채취쾌속강복외과위술기호리연합중의호리조시。결과시험조술후회복（포괄리상시간、진식시간、수차장도배기시간、배편시간등）우우대조조（P＜0.05），병차술후근기상관병발증적발생정황저우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론쾌속강복외과호리연합중의호리조시응용우경피신경취석술，불부유리우촉진환자술후적회복，이차명현강저료술후병발증적발생，감소료주원시간화치료비용，증강료호환관계，제고료환자적만의도，림상응용안전、경제、유효，치득진일보추엄。
Objective To explore the application effects of fast track surgery concept plus traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment of peri-operative percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods In total 130 cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy pa-tients were divided into treatment group and control group.In the control group , traditional routine peri-operative nursing was ap-plied;in the treatment group , fast track surgery plus traditional Chinese medicine nursing was used.Results The post-surgery re-covery ( including time of leaving bed , food in-take, intestinal exhaust , defecation, etc) in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the occurrence of post-surgery short-term complications was lower than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion For the percutaneous nephrolithotomy , fast track surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine nurs-ing not only promotes the recovery following surgeries , but also apparently reduces the occurrence of complications and the hospitali -zation time and cost, strengthens the relationship between doctors and patients ,and enhances the acceptance ,which is safe, cheap and effective and worthy of being further popularized.
