基于非线性油膜力模型和有限元方法,仿真分析了旋转设备轴系-弹性隔振系统的振动特性。结果表明,弹性隔振能够有效控制振动向基座的传递,但同时会导致设备轴振比刚性安装时明显增大。为避免在弹性隔振工作状态下轴振超标,在转子-轴承系统设计阶段考虑弹性隔振的影响是极有必要的。
基于非線性油膜力模型和有限元方法,倣真分析瞭鏇轉設備軸繫-彈性隔振繫統的振動特性。結果錶明,彈性隔振能夠有效控製振動嚮基座的傳遞,但同時會導緻設備軸振比剛性安裝時明顯增大。為避免在彈性隔振工作狀態下軸振超標,在轉子-軸承繫統設計階段攷慮彈性隔振的影響是極有必要的。

Vibration characteristic of a shafting-resilient isolation system is studied numerically based on the nonlinear oil-film force model and finite element method. The results show that although employing the resilient mounting can reduce the vibration transmission to the foundation, it can cause a notable increase of shaft vibration. Thus, the influence of resilient mounting should be considered in design of shafting to avoid overlarge shafting vibration. Finally, some suggestions for rotor-bearing system design are presented.
