目的：探讨胸部X线片无特异征象时CT诊断结核性缩窄性心包炎的特征。方法从4例这种患者的CT图像结合手术进行分析。结果结核性缩窄性心包炎的CT检查心包壁增厚，部分钙化，并有如下特征：壁层心包与心肌图像分离，心影、心包影各时像大小大致不变，增厚心包前侧壁具有特定的弧度。结论 CT扫描是诊断结核性缩窄性心包炎的可靠依据。
목적：탐토흉부X선편무특이정상시CT진단결핵성축착성심포염적특정。방법종4례저충환자적CT도상결합수술진행분석。결과결핵성축착성심포염적CT검사심포벽증후，부분개화，병유여하특정：벽층심포여심기도상분리，심영、심포영각시상대소대치불변，증후심포전측벽구유특정적호도。결론 CT소묘시진단결핵성축착성심포염적가고의거。
Objective To study the diagnostic features of CT in chronic constrictive pericarditis of tuberculosis.Methods 4 ca-ses of chronic consteictive pericarditis of tuberculosis.were analysed by CT and operation.Results The pericardial pictures of CT a-bout constrictive pericarditis of tuberculosis were thicker calcification、separated from myocardium ,and the photogram of heart in ev-erytime were roughly invariant ,and the thicker pericardial front wall and side wall built the special radiam.Conclusion CT is the key of diagnosis of chronic consteictive pericarditis of tuberculosis.
