分析某直型辐板车轮喷涂阻尼材料与否的振动声辐射特性。通过力锤敲击试验,获得车轮的固有频率、模态阻尼比及频率响应函数,分析喷涂式阻尼车轮振动特性。通过半消声室声辐射测试,给出喷涂式阻尼车轮的声能量级,结合车轮振动分析声辐射特性。结果表明,喷涂式阻尼车轮可以有效降低车轮振动和声能量级,与裸轮相比,径向激励下总声能量级可降低6.4 dB,轴向激励下总声能量级可降低4.3 dB。
分析某直型輻闆車輪噴塗阻尼材料與否的振動聲輻射特性。通過力錘敲擊試驗,穫得車輪的固有頻率、模態阻尼比及頻率響應函數,分析噴塗式阻尼車輪振動特性。通過半消聲室聲輻射測試,給齣噴塗式阻尼車輪的聲能量級,結閤車輪振動分析聲輻射特性。結果錶明,噴塗式阻尼車輪可以有效降低車輪振動和聲能量級,與裸輪相比,徑嚮激勵下總聲能量級可降低6.4 dB,軸嚮激勵下總聲能量級可降低4.3 dB。
분석모직형복판차륜분도조니재료여부적진동성복사특성。통과력추고격시험,획득차륜적고유빈솔、모태조니비급빈솔향응함수,분석분도식조니차륜진동특성。통과반소성실성복사측시,급출분도식조니차륜적성능량급,결합차륜진동분석성복사특성。결과표명,분도식조니차륜가이유효강저차륜진동화성능량급,여라륜상비,경향격려하총성능량급가강저6.4 dB,축향격려하총성능량급가강저4.3 dB。
The vibration and sound radiation characteristics of a straight web railway wheel with and without sprayed damping material are analyzed respectively. The natural frequencies, damping ratios and frequency response functions (FRF) are obtained through the hammering test. The vibration characteristic of the sprayed damping wheel is analyzed. The sound energy level (SEL) of the sprayed damping wheel is obtained through the test of sound radiation in a semi-anechoic room, and its sound radiation characteristic is analyzed according to the vibration characteristics of the wheel. Results of the analysis show that both the FRF and SEL of the sprayed damping wheel can be reduced efficiently. Its SEL in the overall frequency range under the radial and axial excitations can be reduced by, respectively, 6.4 dB and 4.3 dB in comparison with the naked wheels.
