采用田间试验及气相色谱检测方法,研究了啶虫脒在上海和天津保护地及露地2种种植模式下菠菜上的残留量。结果表明:2个不同生产地域,啶虫脒在保护地菠菜上的残留量均高于露地。推断光强、降雨和风是造成啶虫脒在保护地和露地上残留量差异的主要因素。

A method for determination of acetamiprid residue in spinach was developed by GC. The field experiments were carried out with two planting patterns in Shanghai and Tianjin. The results showed that acetamiprid residues in protected field were higher than those in open field. The light, rain and wind were the main factors affecting residual differences in protected and open field.
