This paper analyzes environmental factors and main electromagnetism interference sources which have effect on the stabi-lization of the control system of the dry mortar mixing station,then proposes several effective anti-interference measures in the adap-tive environment design,PLC power optimization,selection and laying of cables,connection of I/O terminal,earth, restraint of the intervention in frequency converter, etc.
