鉴于物理试验对造船门式起重机碰撞的难以实现、成本过大等各方面的因素,以某工厂300 t/43 m造船门式起重机为载体,对大车碰撞端部止挡进行了仿真分析。采用Pro/E和ADAMS联合建模法建立了造船门式起重机的虚拟样机模型,根据碰撞工况对部件施加相应的接触约束、载荷和驱动,对比分析了碰撞过程中大车速度、碰撞力、车轮接触力的变化情况,为造船门式起重机碰撞安全技术的研究提供依据。

Due to the high difficulty and cost factors of the physical test for the col ision of the shipbuilding gantry crane,this paper u-ses a 300t/43m shipbuilding gantry crane as the carrier to simulate and analyze the cart col iding end stopper and establishes a virtual prototype model of the shipbuilding gantry crane by use of Pro/E and ADAMS. According to the col ision conditions, corresponding contact constraints,loads and drives are put on the components. The changes of cart speed,col ision force and wheel contact force are compared and anaylyzed in the process of the col ision. These provide the basis for researching on the col ision safety technology of the shipbuilding gantry crane.
