轮廓手轮偏置功能是NC厂家专为磨床或某些专用机床而开发的特殊功能，非磨床NC控制系统手轮移动功能只能在手动方式下操作。但磨床的刀具是砂轮，形状、位置不好检测，对对刀位置要求严格，而自动对刀机构及控制软件制造成本高、难度大，NC厂商便开发了针对磨床加工工艺特性的轮廓手轮偏置功能，这种功能是滚道加工时磨床NC系统一项重要功能，尤其是在内滚道加工中。以SIEMENS840Dsl DRF功能的实现方法为例，阐述了DRF功能的应用。

NC wheel mobile function without the grinder control system can only be operated in manual mode,but the it is not easy to detect the shape, position of the grinder wheel, the requirement of the setting position is strict.The cost and difficulty of manufacturing the automatic tool setting mechanism and the control software are very high, NC manufacturer develops the contour handwheel bias function according to the technological characteristics of the grinder processing,this function is an important function of grinding machine NC system in the raceway machining particularly, inner raceway machining. This paper takes SIEMENS840Dsl DRF function as an example,to expound the application of DRF function.
