在现代集成制造系统中,CAD/CAM技术是核心,而Mastercam和Pro/ENGINEER无疑是CAD/CAM软件王国中的奇葩,两个系统在先进制造企业有着举足轻重的地位。应用3D造型工具Pro/ENGINEER 4.0版本和加工仿真工具Mastercam X,设计、加工典型零件产品,如箱体、端盖和壳体等零件,通过 Pro/ENGINEER 输出的 IGES 数据来设计加工路线,并用Mastercam X完成选刀、粗加工和精加工等一系列加工过程,最后生成加工NC代码,实现实际机床的加工。

In the modern integrated manufacturing system,CAD/CAM technology is the coreone,and MasterCAM and Pro/E is mi-raculous in the CAD/CAM software realm without doubt, two systems play an important role in advanced manufacturing enterprise. Its 3D modeling tools Pro/E 4.0 and machining simulation tools MasterCAM X are applied to the design and processing of typical parts, such as body,cover and shel parts in this paper. The output IGES data of the Pro/E is used to design the processing route and MasterCAM X is used to choose tools for rough machining , finishing and so on. Final y, the generated NC codes are used to control actual machine processing.
