中空轴压电电机作为一种新型微特电机，在一些特殊领域有良好的应用前景。鉴于行波驱动中空轴压电电机的一些不足，提出一种依靠驻波驱动的中空轴压电电机的结构设计。该电机设计结构简单，容易实现。根据实际需要，中空轴直径可大幅度调节，输出推力也可灵活调节。

The hol ow shaft piezoelectric motor is used as a new type of micro motor. which have a good application prospect in some special fields. In view of its defects in the process of traveling wave drive,this paper puts forward the new structure design of this mo-tor driven by standing wave.The motor has the advantages of simple structure and easy realization.According to the actual needs,the hol ow shaft diameter can be greatly adjusted,and the output thrust also can be adjusted flexibly by increasing or decreasing the number of stators.
