以鄂尔多斯双欣化工密闭电石炉电极电流为研究对象。由于一次侧电流和变压器变比估算二次侧电流,测量数据难以精确。根据电极电流测量精度的要求,通过变压器运行机理分析和电流交换器的性质设计推导出一种方法。该方法自运行以来稳定、可靠、操作简单,有效提高了工作效率。

This paper takes the closed electrode current of calcium carbide furnace used in Erdos Shuangxin Chemical Industry Limit-ed Company as the object of study. Because the secondary current is estimated according to primary current and the ratio of trans-former,it is difficult to accurately measure the data. According to the requirements of the accuracy of the electrode current measure-ment, this paper derives a method from analyzing the transformer operation mechanism and the nature of the current switch. Since the method is used,it operates smoothly and reliably and it is easy to be operated,its working efficiency is improved greatly.
