以5年生大棚巨峰葡萄为试验材料,沿树行铺设不同反光膜(透湿性反光膜、银灰色反光膜、银色反光膜),以不铺膜为对照,测定了不同时期葡萄叶片净光合速率、蒸腾速率、水分利用率、气孔阻抗和叶绿素含量以及测定不同时期葡萄果实穗质量、单果质量、花青苷含量、可滴定酸和可溶性固形物含量,研究不同光环境条件对大棚葡萄叶片光合特性和果实品质的影响,以期为提高设施葡萄产量和品质提供理论依据。结果表明,应用透湿性反光膜、银灰色反光膜、银色反光膜大棚葡萄叶片净光合速率均显著高于对照,透湿性反光膜葡萄叶片水分利用率显著高于对照,应用透湿性反光膜、银灰色反光膜、银色反光膜后叶片叶绿素含量略高于对照;应用透湿性反光膜显著提高了葡萄果实穗质量,3种反光膜处理下果实中花青苷含量和可溶性固形物含量显著高于对照,反光膜的应用对可滴定酸含量的影响不显著。说明,在设施内铺设反光膜可有效改善葡萄叶幕下的光环境,增进叶片净光合速率、叶绿素含量、水分利用率,提高果实花青苷含量和可溶性固形物含量,从而提高葡萄果实品质,其中透湿性反光膜效果较突出。

Different reflective films ( vapor-permeabl reflecting film, silver grey reflecting film and silver reflecting film) were laid along the tree line of 5-year-old Kyoho grapes in greenhouse, using trees without reflective film as CK. Leaf net photosynthetic rate, water transpiration rate, water use efficiency, stomatal resistance, leaf chlorophyll content at different periods of grape leaves as well as cluster weight, fruit weight, anthocyanin content, titratable acid ( TA ) content, total soluble solids ( TSS) content in grape fruit were measured to study the effects of light conditions on leaf photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality of grape. The net photosynthetic rate of the leaves in all treatments was significantly higher than that of control,the water use efficiency of the leaves with vapor-permeabl reflective film was significantly higher than that of control, and the chlorophyll contents of the leaves in all treatments were slightly higher than that of control. Roflective films raised the TSS and anthocyanin content of the fruit, and vapor-permeable film slightly reduced the TA content. Reflective films especially vapor-permeable one are capable of improving light conditions in greenhouse, leading to improved photosynthesis, water uti-lization, and quality of grape fruit.
