为明确内生细菌EBS05对番茄抗中国番茄黄化曲叶病毒( TYLCCV)的诱导作用,以番茄品种江蔬14为材料,测定了生防细菌诱导处理后番茄体内防御相关酶活性的变化,并采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术检测了其同工酶的变化。研究结果显示:内生细菌EBS05对番茄植物具有明显的促生作用;内生细菌EBS05诱导处理再接种 TYL-CCV后,番茄黄化曲叶病毒病病害明显减轻,诱导抗病性效果达53.60%,且发生时间延迟。菌株EBS05诱导后7~15 d,番茄叶片超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、过氧化物酶( POD)、多酚氧化酶( PPO)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶( PAL)活性均显著高于健康植株(对照);此外,TYLCCV侵染后9~15 d,番茄体内POD和PPO活性显著低于对照,相应的同工酶积累量也减弱,而内生细菌EBS05可诱导番茄体内SOD、POD和PPO同工酶的积累量增加,并产生新的同工酶带。

In order to identify the resistance to tomato yellow leaf curl China virus ( TYLCCV) in tomato plants in-duced by endophytic bacterium EBS05, the changes of related defensive enzymes activity were investigated using tomato va-riety Jiangshu 14 as test plants, and the isoenzymes of related defense enzymes were detected by polyacrylamide gel electro-phoresis. The results showed that the endophytic bacterium EBS05 promoted the growth of tomato plants and induced the systemic resistance to TYLCCV. Endophytic bacterium EBS05 delayed the onset of tomato yellow leaf curl disease ( TYL-CD) and decreased the disease index, making the control effect of 53. 60%. The induction of EBS05 increased the activi-ties of SOD, POD, PPO and PAL which was inhibited by TYLCCV infection, and generated new isoenzyme bands.
