文丘里系统是三冷轧酸再生机组的主体设备,在原设计中采用了钢衬胶结构形式。在使用过程中,出现大量衬胶破损现象,无法维持机组正常运行。为提高设备寿命,在更换新设备时,考虑到现场安装环境,在不改变文丘里系统设备外部安装尺寸的前提下,在文丘里内部衬胶表面加衬5 cm 厚的耐酸砖,以增加设备耐温、耐磨性能,但却使文丘里喉管出口截面积减小了。
文丘裏繫統是三冷軋痠再生機組的主體設備,在原設計中採用瞭鋼襯膠結構形式。在使用過程中,齣現大量襯膠破損現象,無法維持機組正常運行。為提高設備壽命,在更換新設備時,攷慮到現場安裝環境,在不改變文丘裏繫統設備外部安裝呎吋的前提下,在文丘裏內部襯膠錶麵加襯5 cm 厚的耐痠磚,以增加設備耐溫、耐磨性能,但卻使文丘裏喉管齣口截麵積減小瞭。

The Venturi system is the primary equipment of the acid regeneration unit, and the original design was adopted rubber lining steel structure form.A large number of rubber lining breakage phenomenon were happened when using the Venturi system, which was unable to maintain normal operation of the unit.In order to improve the service life,considering the installation environment,under the premise of without changing the external equipment installation size,5 cm-thick acid-resisting bricks were added into the internal rubber lining surface when changing the new equipment,which increased the heat resistance and wear resistance,while the venturi throat outlet cross-sectional area was reduced.
