针对武钢热轧总厂三分厂现有润滑系统回油管路缺陷,在流量校核满足现场需要的理论基础上,将现有上下主轴集中回油模式改为单独回油模式,并通过管路合理布置避免回油管被下阶梯垫油缸撞坏,从而避免事故发生,节约生产成本。
針對武鋼熱軋總廠三分廠現有潤滑繫統迴油管路缺陷,在流量校覈滿足現場需要的理論基礎上,將現有上下主軸集中迴油模式改為單獨迴油模式,併通過管路閤理佈置避免迴油管被下階梯墊油缸撞壞,從而避免事故髮生,節約生產成本。

In viewing of the defects of the oil return tube of the spade lubricating system, the concentrating return tube was turned to the separating return line of the upper and down spades,according to the flow check of the tube.And also the reasonable disposal of the return line was considered to avoid the down ladder pad cylinder cracking up the line,which stopped the accident and saved the production costs.
