根据高炉操作线的基本原理,采用考虑氢的影响但不将氢加入操作线坐标的方法,计算了国内某企业的7座高炉的操作线,并从炉身工作效率和高温区热平衡两大方面对各高炉燃料比和降低燃料比潜力的影响因素进行了对比分析。
根據高爐操作線的基本原理,採用攷慮氫的影響但不將氫加入操作線坐標的方法,計算瞭國內某企業的7座高爐的操作線,併從爐身工作效率和高溫區熱平衡兩大方麵對各高爐燃料比和降低燃料比潛力的影響因素進行瞭對比分析。

According to the basic principle of Rist diagram,the Rist diagrams of 7 blast furnaces of a plant in China were calculated by the method of considering the influence of hydrogen but hydrogen not in the coordinate system of Rist diagram.The influence fac-tors of fuel ratio and the potential of reducing fuel ratio were contrast analyzed according to the shaft working ratio and thermal equilibrium of high-temperature zone.
