对国内某区域高硫主焦煤的煤质进行了相应分析，并与鄂钢焦化公司目前使用的主焦煤煤质进行了对比。同时，还进行了20 kg焦炉试验。结果表明：高硫主焦煤的粘结性、结焦性、岩相等指标均符合鄂钢用煤标准，焦炭强度性能稳定，可以进行适当替代研究。6m 焦炉生产检验表明，高硫焦煤配入量达到17%时，吨焦配煤成本可降低24元，降本效果显著。
대국내모구역고류주초매적매질진행료상응분석，병여악강초화공사목전사용적주초매매질진행료대비。동시，환진행료20 kg초로시험。결과표명：고류주초매적점결성、결초성、암상등지표균부합악강용매표준，초탄강도성능은정，가이진행괄당체대연구。6m 초로생산검험표명，고류초매배입량체도17%시，둔초배매성본가강저24원，강본효과현저。
Coal quality of high sulfur coking coal in one region has been analyzed in this paper,and been compared with the coking coal which were used in Egang company.Mo-reover,it was also analyzed by 20 kg coking oven.The result indicates that it could re-place the Egang coking coal,for its coking property and coal petrography could reach coal standard in Egang.The same experiment has been done by the 6 m coking oven,and it indicates that when the high sulfur coking coal was added to 1 7 %,the coke cost would been reduced 24 yuan per ton of coke.
