针对微电阻测量比较困难等问题,设计了一种基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器的高精度直流微电阻测量仪。该测量仪采用四线测量方法,以单片机为主控制器,进行原始数据采集,控制继电器自动切换量程,可以准确地测量出微欧级别的电阻。测试结果表明,精度可以达到3‰,具有良好的应用前景。

For micro resistance measurements are difficult problems, this paper design a high preci-sion DC micro - resistance measuring instrument based on LabVIEW virtual instrument. Four - wire measurement method, the measurement instrument is given priority to with single chip microcomputer controller, in the original data collection, control relay switch range, can accurately measure the level ofμΩ resistance. Test results show that the precision can reach 3‰, has a good application prospect.
