丝杠是机械传动中重要的传动部件,其自身精度往往对整个装置的精度起着决定作用,因此,丝杠精度的检测有着极其重要意义。以往的测量方法精度不高,测量效率低。针对上述问题,该文提出了一种新的动态测量方案,利用双频激光干涉仪作为长度测量基准,PC机作为信息处理工具,能够对环境、热胀冷缩因素造成的偏差进行补偿,有效地提高了测量精度和测量效率。

Screw is important driving parts in the mechanical transmission, its accuracy is often on the precision of the whole device plays a decisive role, therefore, the accuracy of lead screw detection has extremely important significance. Previous measurement accuracy is not high, low measuring efficiency. According to the above problem, this paper presents a new dynamic measurement scheme of dual-fre-quency laser interferometer is used as length measurement benchmark, PC as information processing tool, to environmental factors, heat bilges cold shrink deviation compensation, effectively improve the accuracy of measurement and measuring efficiency.
