分析农户的金融需求行为及其影响因素对于深化农村金融改革、提高农村金融服务水平和促进农村经济增长具有重要作用。本文对比分析了新疆地方和兵团农户(职工)金融需求行为及其影响因素，认为院地方农户和兵团职工在储蓄目的、金融供给主体的选择、信贷资金规模、民间借贷动机、信贷的可得性、农业保险满意度等方面存在较大差异；家庭特征、生产经营特征、收入情况是影响地方农户金融需求的主要因素，而农户金融需求主要受农村金融供给市场特征影响。据此，本文认为应创新担保方式、扩宽金融服务的渠道、加快合会等新型金融组织建设；而金融机构应加强信用体系建设、加大人才引进力度、提升金融服务的吸引力。

It plays an important role to analyze the financial demand behaviors of rural households and influencing factors in deep-ening rural financial reforms, improving rural financial serves and promoting rural economic growth. The paper makes a comparison analysis on the financial demand behaviors of the local farmers and the staff of Production and Construction Corps in Xinjiang and their influencing factors. The conclusions reveal that there is a great difference in the savings purpose, the selection of financial supply providers, the scale of credit funds, the motivation of private lending, the availability of credit and the satisfaction of the agricultural in-surance. The characteristics of families and production and operation, and the income are major factors affecting the financial demands of local rural households, and the significant factor that affects the rural households in Product and Construction Corps is the character-istics of the rural financial supply market. So the advice is that such measures should be taken as making the innovation on the way of security, widening the channels of financial services and accelerating the construction of the new financial organization. While the fi-nancial institutions should strengthen the credit system construction, introduce more professionals and enhance the attraction of finan-cial services.
