着眼于宁夏沿黄经济区低碳农业发展现实问题，结合低碳农业内涵特征，提出了以“构筑绿色循环产业链”为战略基点，以“种养结合和废弃物再利用、农业能源和物资低耗高效利用、绿色食品链培育、农用地增汇固碳、低碳生态旅游、绿色物流配送”为主要模式，加快推进该区域低碳农业发展的思路。
착안우저하연황경제구저탄농업발전현실문제，결합저탄농업내함특정，제출료이“구축록색순배산업련”위전략기점，이“충양결합화폐기물재이용、농업능원화물자저모고효이용、록색식품련배육、농용지증회고탄、저탄생태여유、록색물류배송”위주요모식，가쾌추진해구역저탄농업발전적사로。
Aiming at the practical issues in the development of low carbon agriculture in Yellow River economic zone of Ningxia, in combination with the connotation of low carbon agriculture an idea is put forward, namely, the low carbon agriculture in the area should be promoted quickly with "building green recycling industry chain" as the basic strategy and"combination of planting and breeding and waste utilization, low consumption and high efficiency utilization of agricultural energy and materials, green food chain cultivation, increasing foreign exchange by enhancement of agricultural land carbon sequestration, low carbon ecological tourism and green logistics" as the main modes.
