为了筛选有效治疗弓形虫病的中药,采用人工感染弓形虫病的方法,进行了8批中西药对比治疗试验和生物回归试验。结果表明:从12种中药及配方中筛选出了AT10、AT20、AT10+203种安全、有效的药物或配方,对滋养体杀灭率达96.95%~100%。其中AT20、AT10+20仅对滋养体有效,AT10对滋养体、包囊均有效。
為瞭篩選有效治療弓形蟲病的中藥,採用人工感染弓形蟲病的方法,進行瞭8批中西藥對比治療試驗和生物迴歸試驗。結果錶明:從12種中藥及配方中篩選齣瞭AT10、AT20、AT10+203種安全、有效的藥物或配方,對滋養體殺滅率達96.95%~100%。其中AT20、AT10+20僅對滋養體有效,AT10對滋養體、包囊均有效。
위료사선유효치료궁형충병적중약,채용인공감염궁형충병적방법,진행료8비중서약대비치료시험화생물회귀시험。결과표명:종12충중약급배방중사선출료AT10、AT20、AT10+203충안전、유효적약물혹배방,대자양체살멸솔체96.95%~100%。기중AT20、AT10+20부대자양체유효,AT10대자양체、포낭균유효。
In order to select the traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of toxoplasma gondii effectively, 8 batches of com-parative treatment tests with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and biological regression tests were conducted by using the approach of infecting toxoplasma gondii artificially. The results showed that 3 kinds of medicines or formulas, namely, AT10, AT20 and AT10+20, selected from 12 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines and formulas were characterized by safety and effectiveness and their killing rates of trophozoite were from 96.95% to 100%. Among which AT20 and T10+20 were effective to trophozoite only and AT10 was effective to both trophozoite and cystica.
