通过水稻精量穴直播与常规机械旱直播、机械育插秧与机械钵育摆栽的对比试验,研究探讨不同机型、不同育秧(种植)模式的生产成本投入、作物产量情况,结果表明:机械精量穴直播在试验区均表现出显著的“省工、节本、增效”效果,值得大面积推广;机械直播省工效果明显,但增效不显著,大面积推广有一定风险,建议仅在部分适宜地区采用;机械钵育摆栽与机械插秧增产效果明显,但在育苗等环节上用工量大、作业机具效率低,配套技术需要进一步探索研究。

A comparison test was made between the rice precision hill direct seeding and the conventional mechanical dry direct seeding and between the mechanical seedlings raising and planting and the mechanical bowl seedling raising and placing planting to study the production costs and crop yields with different types of machinery and different seedlings rais-ing (cultivation) modes. The results showed that the mechanical precision hill direct seeding showed the significant effects of"labor and cost saving and efficiency increasing" in various test areas and is worthy of a large-area extension. The effect of labor saving is significant with the mechanical direct seeding but the effect of efficiency increase was not significant and there is a certain risk in large-area extension and it is suggested to be adopted only in suitable areas. The effects of yield increase were significant with the mechanical bowl seedling raising and placement planting and the mechanical transplanting but the labor consumption was big in seedling raising and the machine efficiency was low and there is a need to make fur-ther study in the supplementary technology.
