在微细电极电解制备过程中,由于电极装夹不当等原因,会引起同轴微细电极组件产生偏心误差。通过分析电解制备过程,运用高速图像采集手段对加工过程中的电极边缘进行动态影像采集,并运用图像处理方法进行偏心误差量化分析。在此基础上提出工艺修正对策,通过适当改变电解间隙和阳极转速,可较好地实现对偏心误差的纠正。

Because of the improper clamping, there are the eccentric errors in the processing of electrochemical machining for the micro electrode. It is necessary to analyze the processing of electro-chemical machining,to design a system for detecting the eccentric errors,in which a high-speed CCD is applied to capture images during manufacturing. Through extracting the edges of the electrode and image data processing,the eccentric errors are measured and confirmed. The different comparing experiments indicate that adjusting the rotational speed of electrode and changing the machining gap properly can improve the index of the eccentric error effectively.
