针对一种特殊的多边形蜂窝结构,利用蜂窝胞体各表面之间的角系数和杰勃哈特吸收因子计算蜂窝内部辐射引起的有效传热系数,考虑蜂窝结构本身热传导和辐射传热的耦合作用,得到蜂窝结构的耦合传热系数。计算结果表明,随着温度升高,蜂窝结构内部的辐射传热起主导作用,特别是蜂窝胞体内部上下面通过侧壁的间接辐射传热占据主导地位。为了验证方法正确性,建立了蜂窝胞体的细节有限元模型,数值对比分析表明了该方法的正确性。
針對一種特殊的多邊形蜂窩結構,利用蜂窩胞體各錶麵之間的角繫數和傑勃哈特吸收因子計算蜂窩內部輻射引起的有效傳熱繫數,攷慮蜂窩結構本身熱傳導和輻射傳熱的耦閤作用,得到蜂窩結構的耦閤傳熱繫數。計算結果錶明,隨著溫度升高,蜂窩結構內部的輻射傳熱起主導作用,特彆是蜂窩胞體內部上下麵通過側壁的間接輻射傳熱佔據主導地位。為瞭驗證方法正確性,建立瞭蜂窩胞體的細節有限元模型,數值對比分析錶明瞭該方法的正確性。

Aiming at a special polygonal honeycomb structure, using the view factors and Gebhart’s factors within a cell, the effective heat transfer coefficient caused by radiation in the honeycomb structure is calculated. The coupled effective heat transfer coefficient is derived, considering the coupling effect of the honeycomb core’s heat conduction and heat radiation. The numerical results show that with the increase of temperature, the heat radiation within the cell plays a dominant role, especially for the indirect radiation between the cell’s upper and lower surface through the side wall. To validate the correctness of the method, a detailed finite element model of honeycomb cell is established and the numerical comparison and analysis demonstrate the correctness of the method.
