目的：探讨老年不同糖耐量人群血清网膜素-1（omentin-1）水平与年龄、腰臀比（WHR）、体重指数（BMI）、血糖、胰岛素、血脂及胰岛素敏感性的关系。方法收集初诊老年2型糖尿病（DM ）患者及老年糖耐量受损（IG T ）患者，设健康老年患者为正常对照组（NGT ），酶联免疫法测定了以上三组人群空腹和糖负荷后2 h血清网膜素-1水平，分析血清网膜素-1与年龄、血压、BMI、WHR、胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）、血脂、血糖、胰岛素水平等的关系。结果与 NGT 组相比，DM 组空腹和糖负荷后2 h血清网膜素-1水平明显降低，IGT组网膜素-1水平介于DM组和对照组之间；肥胖组血清网膜素水平明显低于非肥胖组；相关性研究显示，血清网膜素-1水平与年龄、WHR、糖负荷后2 h血糖（2 hPG）、HbA1C、HOMA-IR均呈负相关；多元线性逐步回归分析表明WHR、糖负荷后2 h血糖（2hPG）、HbA1c分别是影响血清网膜素-1水平的独立相关因素。结论血清网膜素-1水平与老年人糖代谢状态有关，并可能在老年肥胖症及2型糖尿病的发生和发展中具有一定的作用。
목적：탐토노년불동당내량인군혈청망막소-1（omentin-1）수평여년령、요둔비（WHR）、체중지수（BMI）、혈당、이도소、혈지급이도소민감성적관계。방법수집초진노년2형당뇨병（DM ）환자급노년당내량수손（IG T ）환자，설건강노년환자위정상대조조（NGT ），매련면역법측정료이상삼조인군공복화당부하후2 h혈청망막소-1수평，분석혈청망막소-1여년령、혈압、BMI、WHR、이도소저항지수（HOMA-IR）、혈지、혈당、이도소수평등적관계。결과여 NGT 조상비，DM 조공복화당부하후2 h혈청망막소-1수평명현강저，IGT조망막소-1수평개우DM조화대조조지간；비반조혈청망막소수평명현저우비비반조；상관성연구현시，혈청망막소-1수평여년령、WHR、당부하후2 h혈당（2 hPG）、HbA1C、HOMA-IR균정부상관；다원선성축보회귀분석표명WHR、당부하후2 h혈당（2hPG）、HbA1c분별시영향혈청망막소-1수평적독립상관인소。결론혈청망막소-1수평여노년인당대사상태유관，병가능재노년비반증급2형당뇨병적발생화발전중구유일정적작용。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma omentin-1 levels in the elderly population with different glucose tolerance and explore their correlation with age ,body mass index (BMI) ,waist hip ratio (WHR) ,blood glucose ,plasma insulin levels ,blood lipid ,insulin sensitivity .Methods Fasting and glucose loading 2 h plasma levels of omentin-1 were assayed by ELISA in elderly population with diabetes (DM group) ,impaired glucose tolerance (the IGT group) and controls ,and the rela-tionship of plasma omentin-1 levels with The age、blood pressure、blood glucose、blood lipid、Fins、HbA1c、BMI、WHR、HOMA-insulin resistance index were analysed .Results Fasting and glucose loading 2 h plasma levels of omentin-1 was significantly re-duced in DM compared with that of NGT ,and plasma levels of omentin-1 in IGT was higher compared with that in DM and low-er than that in NGT .The plasma level of omentin-1 in obese subjects was significantly reduced compared with that of non-obese subjects .The plasma levels of omentin-1 was negatively correlated with age、WHR、2hPG、HbA1c、HOMA-insulin resistance in-dex .After multiple regression analysis ,the WHR、2 hPG、HbA1c were independent related factors in influencing the plasma omentin-1 levels .Conclusions The plasma omentin-1 levels were associated with the eldly glucose metabolism ,and it may con-tribute in part to the pathogenesis of diabetes and obesity in the elderly population .
