目的：检测程序性细胞死亡因子5（programmed cell death 5，PDCD5）在子宫内膜癌（Endometrial carcinoma ，EC）组织中的表达水平，结合临床资料，并分析其意义，初步探讨PDCD5的表达与子宫内膜癌发生的相关性。方法分别采用实时荧光定量PCR和免疫组织化学法检测PDCD5 mRNA和蛋白的表达水平。结果子宫内膜癌中PDCD5 mRNA的表达明显低于对照组，且差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结果显示PDCD5的表达水平和EC患者的临床分期、组织学分级、肌层浸润以及有无淋巴结转移有相关性（P均＜0.05），而与子宫内膜癌患者的年龄未发现明显的关联性（P＞0.05）。结论 PDCD5；可能成为一种潜在的子宫内膜癌的早期诊断分子标记物。
목적：검측정서성세포사망인자5（programmed cell death 5，PDCD5）재자궁내막암（Endometrial carcinoma ，EC）조직중적표체수평，결합림상자료，병분석기의의，초보탐토PDCD5적표체여자궁내막암발생적상관성。방법분별채용실시형광정량PCR화면역조직화학법검측PDCD5 mRNA화단백적표체수평。결과자궁내막암중PDCD5 mRNA적표체명현저우대조조，차차이유통계학의의，P＜0.05。결과현시PDCD5적표체수평화EC환자적림상분기、조직학분급、기층침윤이급유무림파결전이유상관성（P균＜0.05），이여자궁내막암환자적년령미발현명현적관련성（P＞0.05）。결론 PDCD5；가능성위일충잠재적자궁내막암적조기진단분자표기물。
Objective To investigate the expression level of PDCD5 in endometrial carcinoma ( EC ) ,and speculate on the re-lationship between PDCD4 and EC .Methods The expression of PDCD5 was detected respectively by Real-time quantitative PCR and SP immunohistochemical technique .Results The expression level of PDCD5 in EC progressively decreased compared with the contrd group ,the expression of PDCD5 protein was positively correlated with TNM stage ,histological grade ,depth of myometrial invasion ,and lymphatic metastasis ,P<0.05 .Conclusion PDCD5 might become a potential molecular marker of EC early diagnosis .
