目的：观察MYCu宫内节育器( intrauterine device, IUD)与MCuⅡ功能性宫内节育器( MCuⅡ IUD)的临床效果及安全性。方法1400例妇女随机分为MYCu组和MCuⅡ组,分别放置MYCu IUD和MCuⅡ IUD,术后第1、3、6、12、24、36个月对受术者进行随访。结果放置满36个月,MYCu组与MCuⅡ组带器妊娠率分别为0.74/百妇女年、0.73/百妇女年；脱落率分别为0.58/百妇女年、0.59/百妇女年；因医疗原因取出分别为2.21/百妇女年、3.40/百妇女年；主要不良反应为出血和疼痛；以上各项比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。放置后1、3个月时月经异常及腰腹疼痛发生率MCuⅡ组高于MYCu组(P＜0.05)。结论MYCu IUD与MCuⅡIUD同样具有抗生育效果好、脱落率低、不良反应少的特点,放置MYCu IUD可减少IUD放置初期的出血和疼痛。
목적：관찰MYCu궁내절육기( intrauterine device, IUD)여MCuⅡ공능성궁내절육기( MCuⅡ IUD)적림상효과급안전성。방법1400례부녀수궤분위MYCu조화MCuⅡ조,분별방치MYCu IUD화MCuⅡ IUD,술후제1、3、6、12、24、36개월대수술자진행수방。결과방치만36개월,MYCu조여MCuⅡ조대기임신솔분별위0.74/백부녀년、0.73/백부녀년；탈락솔분별위0.58/백부녀년、0.59/백부녀년；인의료원인취출분별위2.21/백부녀년、3.40/백부녀년；주요불량반응위출혈화동통；이상각항비교차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。방치후1、3개월시월경이상급요복동통발생솔MCuⅡ조고우MYCu조(P＜0.05)。결론MYCu IUD여MCuⅡIUD동양구유항생육효과호、탈락솔저、불량반응소적특점,방치MYCu IUD가감소IUD방치초기적출혈화동통。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of MYCu intrauterine device( MYCu IUD) and MCuⅡ functional intrauterine device ( MCuⅡ IUD ) . Methods 1 400 women were randomly divided into MYCu group and MCuⅡ group, who were inserted MYCu IUD and MCuⅡ IUD in each group separately, all cases were followed up in the 1st, 3rd, 6th, 12th, 24th, and 36th months post-operation. Results 36 full months after insertion, the rates of pregnancy with IUD in situ of MYCu group and MCuⅡ group were 0. 74/100 women per year and 0. 73/100 women per year respectively; Expulsion rates were 0. 58/100 women per year and 0. 59/100 women per year respectively;Rates of removal for medical reasons were 2. 21/100 women per year and 3. 40/100 women per year respectively; Mainly adverse reactions were bleeding and pain; The indicators above had no significantly differences (P>0. 05). At the 1st and 3rd months after insertion, the occurrence rates of abnormal menstruation and waist and abdominal pain of MCuⅡ group were higher than that of MYCu group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Both MYCu IUD and MCuⅡIUD have good effect of antifertility, low expulsion rate and low adverse reactions rate. MYCu IUD could reduce bleeding and pain during its initial stage of insertion.
