目的：对比分析妈富隆和米非司酮治疗围绝期功能失调性子宫出血(简称围绝经期功血)的临床效果。方法将166例围绝经期功血患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各83例,对照组给予米非司酮,治疗组给予妈富隆治疗。在治疗前、后分别抽血检测黄体生成素( luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌二醇( estradiol, E2)、卵泡刺激素( follicle-stimulating hormone, FSH)和孕酮( progesterone,P)浓度,B超检查测量子宫内膜厚度。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率和显效率明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；且治疗组的性激素浓度下降程度和子宫内膜变薄程度均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论妈富隆治疗围绝经期功血的疗效优于米非司酮,米非司酮不宜治疗功血。
목적：대비분석마부륭화미비사동치료위절기공능실조성자궁출혈(간칭위절경기공혈)적림상효과。방법장166례위절경기공혈환자수궤분위대조조화치료조각83례,대조조급여미비사동,치료조급여마부륭치료。재치료전、후분별추혈검측황체생성소( luteinizing hormone,LH)、자이순( estradiol, E2)、란포자격소( follicle-stimulating hormone, FSH)화잉동( progesterone,P)농도,B초검사측양자궁내막후도。결과치료조적치료총유효솔화현효솔명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)；차치료조적성격소농도하강정도화자궁내막변박정도균현저우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론마부륭치료위절경기공혈적료효우우미비사동,미비사동불의치료공혈。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of marvelon and mifepfistone on perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 166 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group with 83 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given mifepristone, while patients in the treatment group were treated with marvelon. The levels of serum sex hormones,including luteinizing hormone(LH), estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and progesterone ( P) were detected before and after treatment. Endometrial thickness were measured by B ultrasound. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P <0. 05 ) . Sex hormone concentration decreased level and the endometrial thinning degree of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The effect of marvelon is better than mifepristone in the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Mifepristone is not suitable for the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
