通过曲柄滑块机构设计的解析方程对影响机构动力学性能的相关因素进行分析,建立了机构的优化设计模型,给定滑块行程和行程速比系数,采用ADAMS进行机构的参数化建模,进行了机构的设计研究,并对优化设计变量进行敏感度分析,仿真结果表明,以ADAMS为设计平台可以很好地解决曲柄滑块机构优化设计问题,并具有普遍的工程应用价值。

This paper analyzed the related factors which can affect the mechanical performances of a slide-crank mechanism by means of the analytic equation. An optimal analysis model of the mechanism was developed. By presenting the motion range of the sliding block, a parametric model was set up and a design study was performed by ADAMS software. The simulation results indicate that it is a preferable way to design a slide-crank mechanism and is of considerable applying value and popularizing worth.
