目的探讨集中分时预约在门诊检查管理中的作用。方法针对目前门诊病人检查管理中存在的不足，进行流程改造。结果简化了检查流程，优化了人力资源配置，节省了病人就诊时间，改善了医疗秩序，和谐了医患关系。结论集中分时预约管理模式是一种既方便患者检查，又能提高门诊管理工作质量和效率，同时又能提高患者满意度的检查流程优化模式。
목적탐토집중분시예약재문진검사관리중적작용。방법침대목전문진병인검사관리중존재적불족，진행류정개조。결과간화료검사류정，우화료인력자원배치，절성료병인취진시간，개선료의료질서，화해료의환관계。결론집중분시예약관리모식시일충기방편환자검사，우능제고문진관리공작질량화효솔，동시우능제고환자만의도적검사류정우화모식。
Objective To explore the effect of "concentrated timesharing appointment" in the management of "examinations after preliminary diagnosis" in outpatient service. Methods Improve current operation procedure based on the deficiency in the management of "examinations after preliminary diagnosis"in outpatient service. Results"Concentrated timesharing appointment"simplified the examinations procedure, saved patients' time, improved the medical order and harmonized the doctor-patient relationship as well as optimized the human resource allocation. Conclusion "Concentrated timesharing appointment" is an optimized model of examination procedure, which can not only make patients' examinations convenient but also improve the quality and efficiency of management in outpatient service, and simultaneously increase patients' satisfaction.
