院前急救人员因为工作要求高、风险大,专业发展受限等工作特性,导致急救人员队伍不稳定。因此,对于院前急救人员树立和践行卫生核心价值观就显得尤为重要。本文尝试从院前管理角度提出树立和践行卫生核心价值观的途径,期望能够为稳定院前急救人员队伍,激发工作潜能,增强员工凝聚力和创造力提供一点建议。
院前急救人員因為工作要求高、風險大,專業髮展受限等工作特性,導緻急救人員隊伍不穩定。因此,對于院前急救人員樹立和踐行衛生覈心價值觀就顯得尤為重要。本文嘗試從院前管理角度提齣樹立和踐行衛生覈心價值觀的途徑,期望能夠為穩定院前急救人員隊伍,激髮工作潛能,增彊員工凝聚力和創造力提供一點建議。

Due to high job requirement, high risk and limitation of career development, the size of first aid personnel team is not stable. Therefore, it is very important to build and practice health core value for first aid personnel. This article tried to propose several means of building and practicing health core value from the view of pre-hospital management in order to stabilize the first aid personnel team, initiative their potential and improve personnel's cohesion and creativity.
