本文对陕西省电子商业汇票业务开展情况进行调查。结果显示，电子商业汇票业务自推出以来发展迅速，但也存在覆盖面不足、企业积极性不高等问题，主要原因是系统便利性未充分体现、电子商业汇票流转通道不通畅及客户认知度不高。本文提出从业务宣传、流程优化等方面加以改进，充分发挥电子商业汇票系统的功能。

본문대합서성전자상업회표업무개전정황진행조사。결과현시，전자상업회표업무자추출이래발전신속，단야존재복개면불족、기업적겁성불고등문제，주요원인시계통편리성미충분체현、전자상업회표류전통도불통창급객호인지도불고。본문제출종업무선전、류정우화등방면가이개진，충분발휘전자상업회표계통적공능。
The paper makes the survey on the development of the electronic commercial draft business in Shaanxi province. The results show that the electronic commercial draft business has developed rapidly since its launch, but there are also some problems such as that the coverage is not adequate and enterprises are not active. The main reasons are that the system’s convenience is not ful-ly recognized;the circulation channel of the electronic commercial draft is not unobstructed and is not accepted by customers. The pa-per suggests improving and giving full play to the function of the electronic commercial draft system from the business advocacy and process optimization etc.
