The paper summarizes implementation effects of subsidy policies to benefit agriculture, rural areas and farmers in recent years, thinks that there exist some problems like that the subsidy items are various, the range is broad, the examination is difficult, the program is cockamamie and the running cost is high. On the above analysis, the paper puts forward the suggestions on improving im-plementing subsidy policies to benefit agriculture, rural areas and farmers.
