目的：探讨生大黄致结肠黑变病的动物模型结肠动力的评估方法。方法建立生大黄致结肠黑变病豚鼠模型，观察该动物模型排便改变及结肠HE染色变化。结果生大黄致结肠黑变病豚鼠排便减少，结肠黏膜呈棕黑色改变，HE染色可见棕色颗粒物堆积。结论长期口服生大黄水溶液可致豚鼠发生结肠黑变病，并伴有肠道排便功能下降。钡剂标记排出大便为良好的肠动力评估方法之一。
목적：탐토생대황치결장흑변병적동물모형결장동력적평고방법。방법건립생대황치결장흑변병돈서모형，관찰해동물모형배편개변급결장HE염색변화。결과생대황치결장흑변병돈서배편감소，결장점막정종흑색개변，HE염색가견종색과립물퇴적。결론장기구복생대황수용액가치돈서발생결장흑변병，병반유장도배편공능하강。패제표기배출대편위량호적장동력평고방법지일。
Objective To investigate the intestinal motility changes of melanosis coli induced by Rhubarb. Methods Melanosis coli was induced by rhubarb in guinea pigs. Barium was used to evaluate the bowel move-ment in guinea pigs. Morphological changes of colon mucosa were also observed. Results The numbers of bowel movements was decreased in guinea pigs with melanosis coli. Histological examination showed that colon mucosa was dark and that accumulating brown particles was seen in the mucosa. Conclusion Long-term use of rhubarb can cause melanosis coli in guinea pigs accompanied by bowel movement reduced. Barium can be used to mark the defecate,which is a good way to evaluate bowel movement.
