依法治国，早已作为我国的基本治国方略列入我国的宪法。但是，关于中国的法治内涵学界一直争论不休。我国历史上长期存在的“人治”传统，并没有现代意义上的法治发源土壤。而由西方引进而来的法治如何在我国的本土发挥应有的作用，是值得我们思考的问题。对法治的认识，实际上也是对我国当前国家治理的一种新的认识。就此，对当前中国特色社会主义法治进行简要梳理，并就我国的法治特色进行简要总结。

의법치국，조이작위아국적기본치국방략렬입아국적헌법。단시，관우중국적법치내함학계일직쟁론불휴。아국역사상장기존재적“인치”전통，병몰유현대의의상적법치발원토양。이유서방인진이래적법치여하재아국적본토발휘응유적작용，시치득아문사고적문제。대법치적인식，실제상야시대아국당전국가치리적일충신적인식。취차，대당전중국특색사회주의법치진행간요소리，병취아국적법치특색진행간요총결。
The rule of law has long been used as our basic statecraft included in our constitution. However, with regard to China's rule of law has been debated academic connotation. Long-standing history of our country"rule of man"tradition, and there is no rule of law in the modern sense of the origin of the soil. The rule of law comes from the West to introduce how to play its due role in China's mainland, is worth considering. Understanding of the rule of law is actually a kind of understanding of the current state of governance in the new. In this regard, this article briefly reviews the current legal brief socialism with Chinese characteristics, and a brief summary on the characteristics of the rule of law in China.
