研究了纳滤技术在大豆异黄酮洗脱液浓缩中的应用。实验得到纳滤浓缩大豆异黄酮洗脱液的最佳运行条件为:纳滤膜截留相对分子质量150 Da,运行温度35℃,运行压力2.5 MPa;在最佳运行条件下,可将原料液固形物含量从1.82%浓缩至11%,浓缩比达到6.04,大豆异黄酮洗脱液中85%的乙醇溶液被分离出来,并且纳滤膜可以通过无水乙醇清洗再生反复使用。

The application of nanofiltration in concentration of soy isoflavones eluent to remove ethanol was studied. The optimal operation conditions were obtained as follows: the retent relative molecular weight of nanofiltration membrane 150 Da, operation temperature 35 ℃, operation pressure 2. 5 MPa. Under these conditions, the solid content of feed concentrated from 1. 82% to 11% , the concentration ratio reached 6. 04, and 85% of ethanol was separated from soy isoflavones eluent. Furthermore, the nanofiltration membrane could be used repeatedly by ethanol washing.
