为研究裂殖壶菌在不同供氧条件下胞内油脂、碳水化合物、蛋白质、多糖和寡糖的迁移规律,将传统方法与傅里叶红外光谱法相结合,研究发酵过程中各物质迁移规律。结果表明:傅里叶红外光谱法是一种可信且快速的检测手段;油脂积累过程中三酰甘油(TAG)、寡糖相对含量均随时间的延长而增加;碳水化合物呈先升高后降低趋势;多糖相对含量在低供氧条件下随时间的延长而增加,高供氧条件下与之相反。此外,高供氧条件下可积累富含95.74%中性脂的油脂;低供氧条件下细胞倾向于积累极性脂、蛋白质并快速富集寡糖成分以应对不良环境。

In order to study the migration regulation of intracellular lipid,carbohydrate,protein,polysac-charides and oligosaccharides of Schizochytrium sp. under different oxygen supply conditions,the migra-tion regulation of these matters during fermentation was studied by traditional method combined with the fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results showed that the method of FTIR was a relia-ble and rapid detection method for quantitative measurement;the relative contents of triacylglycerol and oligosaccharides during oil accumulation increased with time prolonging;the relative content of carbohy-drate showed a tendency of first increase then decrease;the relative contents of polysaccharides under low oxygen supply condition increased with time prolonging,while it was opposite under high oxygen supply condition. In addition,cells could accumulate lipid with neutral lipid 95. 74% under high oxygen supply condition;while cells tended to accumulate polar lipid,protein and oligosaccharides under low oxygen sup-ply condition so as to cope with the adverse environment.
