目的：观察温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效，讲述该病治疗过程中的护理体会。方法：入组腰椎间盘突出症患者60例，按照随机数字表随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例，治疗组患者予温针灸治疗干预，对照组患者予保守治疗，经过3个疗程后判定疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为83.3%，对照组有效率为60.0%，经统计检验P＜0.05。结论：温针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效优于其他保守治疗手段，有进一步推广的价值。在护理方面以防止烫伤为主，积极开展康复指导和健康教育将有利于患者康复。
목적：관찰온침구치료요추간반돌출증적림상료효，강술해병치료과정중적호리체회。방법：입조요추간반돌출증환자60례，안조수궤수자표수궤분위대조조30례화치료조30례，치료조환자여온침구치료간예，대조조환자여보수치료，경과3개료정후판정료효。결과：치료조유효솔위83.3%，대조조유효솔위60.0%，경통계검험P＜0.05。결론：온침구치료요추간반돌출증림상료효우우기타보수치료수단，유진일보추엄적개치。재호리방면이방지탕상위주，적겁개전강복지도화건강교육장유리우환자강복。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment of lumbar disc herniation temperature, tells of the disease during the treatment of nursing experience.
