With the continuous development of the CMOS technology, the demand of the timing edge, data rating and integration demand of the digital test system or automatic testing device is increasing. The importance of the time delay circuit is becoming more and more obvious, and its demand is becoming greater. The designing of recise time delay circuit has become an essential and important technology. The progress of the time delay circuit and the research of it were reviewed in this paper.
