针对锌灰易受氧化、含氯高、有效锌含量低无法直接用于硫酸锌溶液净化的特点,提出“锌灰干法真空研磨-碱洗除氯-直接净化硫酸锌溶液”工艺,替代电炉锌粉直接用于净化硫酸锌溶液,用量为电炉锌粉的1.7倍,但可节约一段净化过程使用电炉锌粉成本约28%,提高电积锌直收率。
