通过对金鸡水利枢纽进行水生生物现场踏勘及调查采样,探讨坝式水电站蓄水前后对浮游植物的影响。藤县金鸡水利枢纽建坝前后,物种数量由建坝前的5门28属增加到6门63属。浮游植物的种类数量和种类组成发生较大变化,优势种群发生变化,库区具有向湖泊化演化的趋势。枢纽建设营运后浮游植物种类显著增加,浮游植物中适应静水生活的小型种类增加。

To explore the changes of phytoplankton between before and after impoundment with dam hydroelectric by investigating and sampling at Jinji hydro-junction. The number of phytoplankton has increasing to 6 phylum 63 genus after impoundment from 5 phylum 28 genus before impoundment. The number and species of phytoplankton has changed greatly, dominant population has changed, and the reservoir has a tendency to lakes. The species of phytoplankton has increased significantly after the hub construction operations, the small phytoplankton species who adapt to hydrostatic life has increased.
