污水矩形堰流量的测量仪表选型存在一定困难,工况表现为水质波动较大、环境温度较低、水面积存泡沫。本文分析了两种常规仪表:超声波液位计、雷达液位计应用此工况的局限性。最后介绍了本项目采用的计量方法,由导波雷达液位计测量堰上水头,并换算为计量堰流量。

The actual working conditions of sewage rectangular weir are chalenging, e.g. turbulent water quality fluctuation, lower environment temperature and foams on the liquid's surface, which increases the difficulty to design the flow meter for measuring the sewage flow. This paper analyzes the application of two kinds of conventional instruments: ultrasonic liquid level meter and radar level meter, and discusses their limitations for the conditions. Subsequently, the measuring method applied in this project in introduced, which uses the guided level radar to measure the weir head and converts the level to flow value.
