目的：探讨自体巩膜瓣移植治疗青光眼阀暴露的临床效果。方法对我院收治的11例青光眼阀引流管暴露的病例行自体巩膜瓣移植，术中将自体巩膜瓣移植覆盖于青光眼阀引流管暴露处，术后监测眼压、感染、复发情况。结果11例术后12个月平均眼压与术前相比显著降低；随着时间延长，眼压保持平稳。结论自体巩膜瓣移植治疗青光眼阀引流管暴露是一种有效、简便的方法。
목적：탐토자체공막판이식치료청광안벌폭로적림상효과。방법대아원수치적11례청광안벌인류관폭로적병례행자체공막판이식，술중장자체공막판이식복개우청광안벌인류관폭로처，술후감측안압、감염、복발정황。결과11례술후12개월평균안압여술전상비현저강저；수착시간연장，안압보지평은。결론자체공막판이식치료청광안벌인류관폭로시일충유효、간편적방법。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of autologous sclera flap transplantation on Ahmed glaucoma valve drainage tube exposure. Methods 11 cases with Ahmed glaucoma valve drainage tube exposure received autologous sclera flap transplantation and their IOP,infection and recurrence were observed. Results The average IOP 12 months after operation decreased greatly,much lower than that before operation;IOP kept stable with the time going. Conclusions Autologous sclera flap transplantation is an effective and convenient treatment for Ahmed glaucoma valve drainage tube exposure.
