目的:考察番泻苷在体外的生物稳定性,为番泻苷制剂及相关究提供参考。方法利用反相高效液相色谱法测定番泻苷 A 和番泻苷 B 的含量,研究番泻苷 A 和番泻苷 B 在模拟人工胃液和人工肠液条件下的降解情况;利用粪便温孵法,研究番泻苷在不同受试者肠道细菌作用下的降解情况。结果番泻苷 A 和番泻苷 B 在人工胃液和人工肠液作用下不分解;而二者在不同受试者肠道细菌作用下能够降解,只是降解速率不同,存在较大的差异。结论番泻苷 A 和番泻苷 B 不受胃肠道液的影响,具有较好的稳定性;番泻苷的降解转化主要与肠道菌群有关,在不同受试者的降解速率不同,存在个体差异,可能与肠道优势菌群差异有关。

목적:고찰번사감재체외적생물은정성,위번사감제제급상관구제공삼고。방법이용반상고효액상색보법측정번사감 A 화번사감 B 적함량,연구번사감 A 화번사감 B 재모의인공위액화인공장액조건하적강해정황;이용분편온부법,연구번사감재불동수시자장도세균작용하적강해정황。결과번사감 A 화번사감 B 재인공위액화인공장액작용하불분해;이이자재불동수시자장도세균작용하능구강해,지시강해속솔불동,존재교대적차이。결론번사감 A 화번사감 B 불수위장도액적영향,구유교호적은정성;번사감적강해전화주요여장도균군유관,재불동수시자적강해속솔불동,존재개체차이,가능여장도우세균군차이유관。
Objective To study the biological stability of sennoside A and sennoside B in vitro so as to provide effective reference for preparation and related studies. Methods RP-HPLC was applied to measure the concentrations of sennoside A and sennoside B;the degradations in simulated artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice were examined;“fecal incubation method”was applied to the study of the degradation of sennoside under the effect of intestinal bacteria in different subjects. Results Sennoside A and B didn′t degrade in the artificial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice,while they degraded under the effect of intestinal bacteria in different subjects with much different speed and rate of degradation. Conclusions Sennoside A and sennoside B are not affected by gastric and intestinal juice,and they are of good stability;the degradation and transformation of sennoside have a close relationship with intestinal flora;the degradation rate varies in different subjects,the difference in predominant intestinal flora may account for the individual difference.
