通过数值计算,分析了客运专线铁路CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道张拉锁件的静态力学性能,找出张拉锁的危险截面位置,与试验结果对比显示,两者的破坏位置和断口特征基本一致,表明了数值模型和计算方法的可靠性。本文的方法和结论对张拉锁件的设计、制造和施工等具有一定的参考价值。

Through the numerical calculation,the paper analyzes the static mechanical properties of the CRTSⅡ plate-type ballastless track slack adjuster for the passenger dedicated railway and identifies the dangerous section position of slack adjuster. Compared with the experimental data,the results showed that the damage location and fracture characteristics are basically same and proved the reliability of the numerical model and calculation method. The methods and conclusions could provide a reference for the design,fabrication and construction of the slack adjuster component.
