对于高速铁路,在保证轨道线形、几何尺寸、扣件系统稳定的前提下,轮轨型面的匹配是影响行车平稳性的主要因素之一。本文通过分析武广高铁轨检车检测数据,找到与不同钢轨廓形相对应的轨道质量指数( TQI)和车辆晃车情况,获得了较优的钢轨打磨型面;利用 SIMPACK 软件对不同钢轨廓形的曲线段列车通过性能进行了对比分析,验证了打磨型面的合理性;制定了武广客运专线钢轨打磨参数,为后期的打磨作业、晃车整治提供了依据。

For high-speed railway,the matching of wheel/rail profile is one of the major factors affecting the stability of train on the premise of keeping the stable linear,geometry,and the fastening systems of railway absolutely. By analyzing the data of track inspection car in Wuguang high-speed railway,this paper concluded the track quality index( TQI) and the shaking condition of train according to different rail profiles,obtained a better rail grinding profile,made a comparative analysis of train curve passing performance with different rail profiles by using dynamics simulation software SIMPACK,verified the rationality of grinding profile,formulated the rail grinding parameters for Wuguang passenger dedicated railway,which could provide a reference for further rail grinding and train shaking regulation.
