对于既有重载铁路粉质土路基的加固,高压注浆加固易劈裂路基使浆液扩散不受控制,造成加固不均,且冒浆污染环境,而普通硅酸盐水泥浆液在低压力下又难以渗入粉质土中。从现场路基填料中取样进行颗粒级配分析和液缩限试验,验证了土样为粉质土。通过击实试验得到土样的最优含水率为12.94%,最大干密度为1.804 g/cm3。由可灌性分析可知,在理论上超细水泥浆液较难通过自由渗透进入粉质土。室内模拟注浆试验结果表明,超细水泥低压注浆加固粉质土路基具有可行性。

For strengthening the silty soil subgrade of existing heavy haul railway,high pressure grouting easily splits the subgrade and makes grout diffusion,which results in uneven reinforcement and environment pollution,while the ordinary portland cement slurry is difficult to penetrate in silty soil at low pressure. Through field subgrade filler sampling,this paper did the particle size distribution analysis and liquid shrinkage limit tests,which verified the roadbed filler is silty soil,concluded the optimum moisture content is 12. 94% and the maximum dry density is 1. 804 g/cm3 by soil compaction test,and proved that it is difficult for superfine cement slurry to infiltrate into the silty soil through free penetration in theory by groutability analysis. The laboratory simulation grouting results showed that the low pressure grouting reinforcement of superfine cement for silty soil subgrade is available.
