沪杭高速铁路一转体施工桥梁在温度荷载作用下梁体绕桥墩支座发生旋转,产生挠曲变形。为研究桥梁挠曲变形规律,进行了为期2年的监测。结果表明:主跨中心、边跨中心挠曲变形峰谷值分别约为50,25 mm,形成了类似正弦曲线的挠曲变形形态;桥梁挠曲变形幅值与环境温度具有高相关性。根据桥梁的挠曲变形特点制定了桥上无砟轨道轨面调整方案,方案实施后效果良好。
滬杭高速鐵路一轉體施工橋樑在溫度荷載作用下樑體繞橋墩支座髮生鏇轉,產生撓麯變形。為研究橋樑撓麯變形規律,進行瞭為期2年的鑑測。結果錶明:主跨中心、邊跨中心撓麯變形峰穀值分彆約為50,25 mm,形成瞭類似正絃麯線的撓麯變形形態;橋樑撓麯變形幅值與環境溫度具有高相關性。根據橋樑的撓麯變形特點製定瞭橋上無砟軌道軌麵調整方案,方案實施後效果良好。

The swing bridge deformation in Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway occurred due to the rotation of the beams around bearings under temperature load. In this paper,a two-year deformation monitoring was carried out to study this deformation. The deflection was approximately a sine curve; the peak value in the mid-span for the main span and that for the side span were 50 mm and 25 mm, respectively. There was a high correlation between bridge deformation and surrounding temperature. According to the characteristic of the deflection curve,a rail surface adjustment plan for ballastless track on swing bridge wais proposed. The practical application proved effective.
