随着油气田的开发进入中后期,地层压力系数降低、亏空严重,部分井甚至出现负压倒吸现象。在油气井生产过程中,由于地层出砂情况严重,最终导致砂埋油层,油井停产甚至报废。对于该类油气井,由于地层漏失严重,常规的冲(捞)砂技术已经不能满足现场需求。针对这一情况,开展了连续负压冲砂工艺技术研究,利用双级喉管喷射液体产生负压,并吸附井底埋砂,以及双层管为液体提供循环通道,从而实现了与地层隔离、减少冲砂液体漏失的目的。经过现场试验表明,该新型冲砂工艺技术达到了设计要求,不仅完全满足漏失严重的油气井冲砂需要,而且避免了常规冲砂对地层造成伤害、储层污染的问题,具有推广价值。

As oilfield is in the intermediary and later stage of development and recovery ratio devel-ops,formation pressure coefficient is decreased.In this case,some production wells even appear suck-back phenomenon.When these wells go to production,sands will flow out from reservoir heavily and cover the reservoir,and then oil well stops production or is abandoned.Because of the heavily leak formation,normal sand cleaning or bailing technology is not suitable for these wells. According to the situation,continuous underbalance sand cleaning technology is studied,which u-ses negative pressure to adsorb downhole sand by two-stage throat,isolate formation and decrease leakage of sand cleaning fluid by two-layer tubing.Not only is the new sand cleaning technology suit-able for the heavily leak wells,but also it can prevent formation from pollution.So the continuous under-balance sand cleaning technology is useful and can be popularized and applied in oilfield.
